I'm Peyton, founder and strategic consultant with experience spanning the U.S. Department of Defense, corporate sustainability, and nonprofit community engagement. I hold a Master's degree from the University of Denver in International Security with a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility, a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in International Relations and Communications, and a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) certification, a globally recognized standard for sustainability and impact reporting.

That background shows up in my work. I have built sustainability programs from the ground up, designed stakeholder engagement frameworks serving thousands of people, and led complex initiatives across vastly different organizational cultures.

Organizations bring me in when they don’t have the capacity, time, or staff to tackle something that matters, whether that’s fulfilling a grant requirement, keeping pace with competitors, thinking strategically about data and systems, or simply getting an important project across the finish line.

Sustainable impact comes from well-designed systems, not from one person carrying the load. The people affected by decisions should help shape them. And the best solutions often come from connecting worlds others treat as separate.
