Who we are

The best trails don't fight the terrain. They work with it. They're built by people who understand that reaching the summit matters, but so does the journey. That's the philosophy behind Trail Ridge Strategy Group.

Trail Ridge was founded by Peyton, a strategic consultant with experience spanning the U.S. Department of Defense, corporate sustainability, and nonprofit community engagement. Peyton holds a Master's degree from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, and carries both PMP and GRI certifications.

That background shows up in the work. Peyton has built ESG programs from the ground up, designed stakeholder engagement frameworks serving thousands of community members, and managed complex initiatives that required translating between very different organizational cultures.

Too many strategic plans sit in binders. Too many consultants disappear after the presentation. Trail Ridge exists for something different: strategy that actually gets implemented, systems that outlast any single person, and work that respects the people it's meant to serve.

Sustainable impact comes from well-designed systems, not heroic individual effort. The people affected by decisions should help shape them. And the best solutions often come from translating between worlds others treat as separate.

The goal isn't just reaching the summit. It's building a trail others can follow. The best trails are built together, with the right partners for the journey.
